Hi there. I was just reading a post about one of the larger nationally known so-called waterproofing companies that installs the trench drains inside the basement. Just so you know…that’s not really waterproofing. It’s water management. Water re-direction. Ok, I digress. Once again, it’s a real shame to hear about all of the bad experiences people have had with these larger companies. I run a TRUE waterproofing company. I know that I treat people like I would want to be treated and that has served me well. We do not send out commissioned salespeople. I am the salesman and I am also the one that comes out and does the work. I am the one that answers the phone when you call to ask us for help or if you should have some sort of complaint. Thankfully, so far, I have not received many complaints. We use the best materials available including some that are proprietary to our company. We are backed by a national company. Our warranty is simple. It is a 25 year warrany against leaks. It simply says, ‘The exclusive ‘Barrier Dual Drainage’ waterproofing system installed at this structure provides a 100% non-prorated Guarantee that water will not penetrate those foundation walls in any area where the system has been installed’. Period! That’s it. No legal mumbo-jumbo. No exclusions. Take a close look and read carefully some of the warranties that other companies provide. We encourage our clients to call other companies and ask for their opinions and estimates. Not too many companies would do that. We are confident in what we are doing and we know that once we have waterproofed your home, the walls will not leak. There will not be water inside the structure at all. No drain pipes re-directing water into a sump. No water intrusion! Maybe the bigger companies have lost that personal touch. I don’t think we could ever let ourselves lose the personal touch!
